These two days will celebrate the finale of the National Homecoming by exploring with invited guests, food and rural policy-makers, food-tourism operators, stakeholders and members of the public what makes the Scottish Borders a unique food-tourism venue and what is needed to make it grow.  This is especially pertinent considering the currently challenging economic and environmental scenarios businesses are needing to respond to. Guests from Italy and Ireland  will also be sharing their experiences of food tourism in their respective countries.
