Public voting took place from 25th October to 10th November 2010. Click here for a list of participating establishments.
The results of the public voting were short-listed and the finalists were then judged by three professionals from the region's food
industry.
The winners were announced at the St. Andrew’s Day Borders Banquet at Wedderburn Castle on 25th January 2011.

All voters were entered into a draw to win two tickets to the St. Andrew's Day Borders Banquet.
