Homecoming Borders Banquet is a 10-day celebration of the best local food the beautiful Scottish Borders can offer and it's the perfect opportunity for you to experience local food either directly from the producer or in our restaurants, hotels and cafés.

A Local Feast of Fish and Game - 23rd to 28th November 2009-6.00pm until 9.00pm
This years Borders Banquet sees the Buccleuch focus on excellent Borders fish and game.
Their innovative and exciting menu will replace the daily specials and will change daily! The Buccleuch will be using fish from Collin of Eyemouth and smoked fish from Teviot smokery. The rest of the game is sourced and shot locally, including pigeon, partridge, venison, rabbit, pheasant, hare and duck to name a few. Many of these are smoked by in house creating unique and interesting flavours.
